You need to have a URL that will allow you to post an image like photobucket. Showing a picture will not help unless someone is familiar with what ever you are doing.

You do not upload it; follow the instructions posted when you edit, they aare clear enough.
It is unlikely anyone will buy Jet to figure out how you can remove a play list. Clearing a play list should be intuitive but I guess not with Jet. I have little tollerance for poorly disigned apps that have great free competition. I am sure it came free with your player. I suggest you try out the two top audio apps. Both have fully functional, free versions. Media Monkey and Winamp are the top rated apps. You will probably like one of them. They have 2 completely different UI stratigies. If you don't like one you will probably like the other. If you have trouble with one of those you will have plenty of support here.

Jet Audio was my choice because it was the only one that was compatible with all audio files.

Well, then you need to live with your decision.
The 2 apps I mention do a very large varity of formats. I have no need to play a shin file. Both those apps play almost anything else. Winamp plays a few more than MM. If I have any shin files, I convert them to mp3s or ape if I want to keep lossless. Does Jet play shin (*.shn) files, I really doubt it.

There surely is something worse but I haven't seen it except for the Zune software.
Try the free version of Winamp, I think it will more than 20 formats, MM does 17. The real problem with iTunes is Apple is so security minded (making sure all you music is legal and that you only sync to one player) that they have punishment routines built into the software. Sometimes they get activated by mistake as well as during a real security breach and kill the sync process permenently. Why would I ever use something like that? Let alone it is not a very good app. Even WMP scores higher in reviews.
