Best Solution for Ripping Music Videos?

I want to create a music video library just like I have my MP3 library. I want to stream it to my PS3 using PS3MediaServer.

Preferably and all-in-one solution would be great that not only rips but also encodes instead of using one program to rip and another to encode. I'm assuming I want to encode to MP4 x264 format??

Is there anything out there that will automatically populate the MP4 tags with artist name, dvd/album title, and chapter/song name as it rips each chapter (song) to a separate file like CD rippers do or is the artist name and other info not readable off the DVD and I'll have to manually enter all that stuff?

I tried DVDFab to do this using the PS3 profile. I streamed the video using Tversity. It was terrible sounding and looking and it kept pausing like I was trying to stream HD when it was only about 600x350 resolution and the audio track was 2-channel at 30-something kbit! I was able to stream 720P content with only minor stuttering on the motion!

I downloaded Staxrip but frankly the number of options are a bit overwhelming (although I suppose you can just select a profile and leave the defaults?) but it also looks like it is not an all-in-one solution in that you have to rip the DVD to files first???

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.
