DVD+R DL discs generating errors when trying to copy data.

Okay, so I, back in my novice days of data archiving, bought a stack of 25 Fujifilm DVD+R DL discs while they were on sale at Best Buy. Well, that has now been my scourge. Every single one of these 25 discs has given me an error when I am now trying to copy the data to my new method of archiving, hard drives.

What I would like to know is, if there are any programs that will allow me to copy over the entire contents of the discs but either:

A. Skip over those items that are corrupted while alerting of which ones they are.

or

B. Copy over the corrupted items while alerting me of which ones they are.

I have both Windows (Vista 32 bit) and Mac (OS X Tiger 10.4.11 PPC) available to me.

Please let me know.
