Hi everyone, I am writing from Jersey, Channel Islands, UK.
My auntie from the mainland has bought a new Nokia Orange phone which is refusing to connect to the local network.
Whenever I try my sim card the phone asks for a restriction code.
Can anyone help with this code?

The IMEI for the phone is:
356036037454661

Please help - she is going up the wall!
