I've been using Any dvd and clone dvd for some time now and recently switched to dvdfab and copy movies for my fathers home theater. I have noticed a substantial amount of quality loss when playing the copied disk from the original on a high def tv. Well-----I always noticed it but my father has brought to my attention after he has had his cataract surgery. Is there anything i can do to better the quality of the copied dvd. Thanks

1. Don't compress. Use dual layer discs for dual layer movies.

2. IF that doesn't fix it, switch to Blu-Ray.

The image will never be better than the master that you're using.

The larger the TV, the more noticable the smallest of flaws will be.

How do i not compress the movie though. all the programs that you can use to copy a movie compresses the movie before it burns it

If you use CloneDVD, selet the target medium as DVD-DL.

When i do that it wont fit on one disk
