Need Recommendation for CD Ripper

I'm ready to convert all my CD's to MP3's. I'm looking for an inexpensive, fast, easy to use program to accomplish this.
Any recommendations?

Exact Audio Copy has been very good to me. No spyware or junk, it's all business and very good at what it does.

I use EAC too, mainly because of its error detection/correction capabilities (slows down ripping more or less)

If you've got a Plextor drive you might want to try Plextools.

Foobar2000 can be (ab)used as CD ripper as well.

I'm using ImToo CD ripper. Very easy to use and fast.

Can anyone tell me the best method to archive my CD collection? I want total quality.. So far I have been using EAC. I set all the option's to the highest settings and then click the "WAV" button.. Is this technique giving me the best possible backup of my music? Space is not really a concern. But, if I could save space with another codec and not hear the difference that would be nice also.. What do you think ?

You can use the Apple Lossless encoder found in iTunes. You?ll get the full quality of uncompressed CD audio using about half the storage space.

Ok I tried it.. I like the space it saves. But I dont like that I am tied to using Itunes to play them. I am backing up all my CD's to my XBOX which doesn't play .m4a formats. Thanks for the tip though.. If I get a Ipod I will definatly use this.. Thanks again
