It's all about what you did before trying to burn 'uncomplaint DVD'Video files' ....
What method are you using in the precursor to writing to DVDR media ?

a) Why is that you're using IFOedit as there are lots of better freeware progs about , incl. DVD-Stripper [which incorporates use of IFOedit & DVD Decrypter] or of course good old DVD Shrink
b) What media are you using where you get pixelation/freezing on outer edge of disc ?

i had read guides and it stated IFOEdit, to convert but i had a problem opening this, so then i used extractnow which some one advised, and this did the trick.
i have attempted to use DVD Shrink, it was ok, and then was freezing when i came to the back up method.
i use DVD Decrypter, IFOEdit, and super dvd creater which i subscribed to.
please give me am idea on what to use to get the results on dvd-r
