EveryTime When, i restart my WinXP pop -Up error like this " runtime error 5 at 004059d0"
What can i do in that case..please somebody to helpme if you can

More than likely it is a program that is trying to load with Windows. Check what you have in your Startup folder in your Start Menu. You might also want to check what programs are started with Windows in the registry at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Depending on your version of Windows, you might be able to run msconfig.exe from a command line to see what other programs are starting automatically. That command is missing in Windows 2000 but is in XP and 98.
