Shindler's List is on two seperate DVD's. The first DVD is loaded with the movie, 133 minutes I believe. The second disc has much less of the movie on it, 60 minutes. Does anyone know how I can burn the movie on two discs evenly (with the same time amount on both disc), yet doing it equally, so that some of the movie from the loaded disc will be placed on the disc that will have the remaining small part of the movie. I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks!
What you need to do is to use the start/end chapter select feature to crop sections of the movie and place them in folders on your HD.
step 1. Disc 1: crop the ending off so its the length you want, put it in a folder.
step 2. Disc 1 again: crop the beginning of the movie...get rid of the same part you saved in the first step. Put this in a second folder.
step 3. Disc 2: reauthor and just put the entire thing in a third folder.
Now lets get them put together.
Using your burning program, burn the first folder to your first disc. Disc 1 is done.
Using Shrinks browser, find folder 2 and add it to the compilation window, this part was originally on the first disc. Next, find folder 3 and add it as well. Select backup! and Shrink will combine folders 2 and 3. Once that is done you can burn the combined folders.
There is no reason not to let Shrink autoburn using Nero or Decrypter, so just burn the first disc after completing the crop, burn the second disc after compiling.
This is the quickest way to do this.
You can add a menu to each disc with NeroVision Express 2 or some other authoring program if you like, just run the disc 1 folder and the disc 2 compilation folder through the authoring program and add a menu to each.
