Hi!
I've a movie on 2 disks and i would like to join it and shrink it so it would fit on one dvd-r. I would also like to keep a fully functional menu. Is this possible to do?

Disk one files:
video_ts.bup, video_ts.ifo, video_ts.vob
vts_01_0.bup, vts_01_0.ifo, vts_01_0.vob, vts_01_1.vob
vts_02_0.bup, vts_02_0.ifo, vts_02_0.vob, vts_02_1.vob
vts_03_0.bup, vts_03_0.ifo, vts_03_0.vob ->vts_03_5.vob
...end of disk one. There is also fully functional menu
Size: 3,8 Gb

Disk two files:
video_ts.bup, video_ts.ifo
vts_01_0.bup, vts_01_0.ifo
vts_01_1.vob, vts_01_2.vob -> vts_01_5.vob
...end of disk two. No menu included.
Size: 3,6 Gb

I have tried Dvd2One "join"-mode and also Dvdshrink, but there is no menu with it.

Try Nero's recode2 and if you're not satisfied you can always do what ever you wish (menu wise) by employing DVD Lab :D)

Nero works pretty well for this - recode does the shrinking part. I've also used Nero Vision Express to make up a dvd out of parts of lots of dvds....music video files and found it worked pretty well.
