Problem with Burning with Benq dw1620

Hello! I need help with a problem I have with my Benq DVD-R/W DD Dw1620 drive. Whenever I try to burn a iso file, it stops at 2 or 3%. I have used multiple burning programs including:
-Nero
-Imgburn
-DVD Decrypter
The writing usually fails when writing lead out or short lead out.
The iso file is actually a movie file with VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS.
I used to have the b7v9 firmware for this drive, but I tried to uninstall it and have windows automatically install drivers for me. It still didn't work.
Driver Provider: Microsoft
Driver Date: 7/1/2001
Driver Version: 5.1.2535.0
The media i am using is Maxell Xtreme Series 2 DVD-R 4.7GB
I did simulation/test mode because I didn't want to waste Dvds.
I really need some help because I want to burn the file ASAP! Thanks!
