Hello everybody!
I need your help.

I have a japanese DVD and I want to insert a english audio track in the DVD kepping the japanese audio, all menus and features. In a way I will have a DVD with two audio tracks and all features from the previous.

Somebody can help me?

No.
You would need to re author the DVD from scratch, using an authoring application.
You would somehow need to extract the menus, the video (not hard) and the Audio(again, not hard) but adding on a second track?
Not without a full re author & re multiplex you can't.
