DVD rips in different language

What am I doing wrong? I have some DVDs that when I try to rip them using DVD Shrink or DVD Decryptor the final product audio is in spanish or some other language other than english. The DVD plays fine in any DVD player.

If these are newer DVD's, rip them with DVD Fab HD Decrypter instead.
Neither DVD Shrink nor DVD Decrypter have been updated for years.

You can use DVD shrink on the ripped files.
