I might be in the market for an iPad soon but I will sometimes have the need to connect to the internet via modem (dial up)


Does anyone know if this will be possible in any way with the iPad?

You could share a dialup connection via wifi.

I do not have Wi Fi @ my home, just a basic land line.

yes that's true but only if you are inside 50 meters radios.
