Why does, in my attachment sometimes come up and other times the option box "what do you want windows to do" selection??

What do you mean by your question i am confused???
if its already their from before that probably means that the creation of the last CD/DVD you made you left as an open session and need to close the session for that disc and for the computer so it knows once its complete you dont needed it listed again.

Thank You. Sometimes i get that (attached) in my original post-yellow folders and other times i get this you see in attached.

All this picture means is that the disc has been completed with whatever you copied and that box is the autoplay option box gives you choices of what u can open these files with.
