m3i zero stopped working (white screen)

Hi, I got an m3i zero for my niece and initialized it a few months ago. Don't know what she did but now when I try to load the software it just gets a white screen (she says it stopped working when she tried it in another DS).

Not sure what to do here, the microsd card seems to still work. Any advice?

Remove the SD, re install the 1.4 core to the M3iZero, see if it cures the issue. Format the SD and put on just the system folder.

If the abocve two do not work then the unit has failed, will need to replace
