which software can i use to create motion menu and bulid TS floder for the PC?

DVD-Lab! DVD-Lab pro if possible. DVD-Lab wont do any video encoding for you but if you read the guide that comes with it, it shows you how you would go about building a motion menu with it!

I agree! You must be willing to read the guide and practice. DVD Lab Pro is in public beta testing and so you can download this and see if you want to use it.
