Write failed in Jungleflasher (Benq) - NEED HELP!!!

I was in the middle of writing benq firmware with iXtreme LT v1.1 (ix-ltv1.1-benq) using Jungleflasher 1.74 when my power failed on my xbox 360(I have searched after the fact and found out it was because no a/v cable was inserted). The writing hung up and now I do not know what to do. I am new to this and I am running Windows 7 with a VIA Sata Card with the drivers disabled. I have saved down the Benq_CFW and BENQ-OFW files, but when trying to reload the firmware in Jungleflasher, it does not recognize my drive at all. I was told that I can reload the BENQ_CFW.bin using DosFlash but I can not figure out how to do this. I tried:

1) USB flash drive botted up into Dos
2) DosFlash
3) selected the option for my SATA drive (4 for me)
3) W
4) Ben_CFW.bin

It starts erasing and the wrties in 4 steps and says successful yet I can not notice my drive when I go into Jungleflasher. Any ides. I am really new to all this so any detailed help would be much appreciated.
