Just got this brand new Nokia 2720 for my grandpops. He uses this to communicate with us overseas. Can anyone provide an unlock code for him? Att wont unlock it because my grandpops just joined our family plan and his membership is too new? I tried calling three different people and they said the same thing. I thought it was illegal to NOT provide unlock codes?

But I was hoping if you guys can help me unlock this phone.
