I use the above program for recording live streams and other various mixes, but Im having problems removing the file so I can upgrade. I removed the program via the control panel method, but on windows explorer its still partially there and can't be deleted manaully. Well not all of it anyway and says Access Denied.

Plus it says you have to remove older versions before installing new!

Any help appreciated!
