I dont know if this forum can help but I have posted this on several other forums and no responses, not even from Nero themselves.
I am trying to backup a directory every night by using nerocmd so I can put it into a script and let it go. I can burn to DVD+RW with no problem, I am actually doing a mutlisession. I run the same command to burn to a DVD+R and I get the 1st burn done fine, when I go to the 2nd burn I get Invalid filed in command and invalid track info. I have a Plextor 708-UF USB drive, I am using Nero 6 and nerocmd version 1.7.0.7.
The command I use to burn my 1st date is

nerocmd --write --real --drivename e --detect_non_empty_cdrw --recursive --dvd --iso test c:1 (this is the currect directory)

the 2nd command is:
nerocmd --write --realy --drivename e --detect_non_empty_cdrw --import --recursive --dvd --iso test c:2 (after testing it will all be the same dir and cleaned up but for testing I just backup different directories to see if they will burn multisession)

That is when I get the invalid track info or invalid field in command.
I can go through Nero Burning Rom and create and continue a multisession cd to a DVD+R and no issue, it is only when I am going through Nerocmd...
The software I am using is both DVD+R/RW and it is Verbatim.
Does anybody have any ideas on why it will burn multisession to a DVD+RW but not to a +R, I am trying to add data no erase the cd each time.
