I am trying to disable menu buttons that are contained within another menu using IfoEdit. I am able to disable main menu buttons by matching what appears after clicking on the button to a menu and then editing the commands located in the menu. But some menu buttons that are contained within a menu go directly to a PGC. Thanks.

Check DvdReMake out. Or rather DvdReMake Pro if you know what a PGC is ;)

There is also a guide related to menus: http://www.dimadsoft.com/dvdremakepro/guide_ht_bypass_menu.php
