What if I need burn only last 1 hour of 3 hours movie.
I was able to burn on DVD-r first 2 hours of 3 hours movie now I need to burn last 1 hour movie on second dvd-r. Is there any programs allow me to burn only part of movie.

Try using DVD Shrink. By selecting reauthor and then using the start/end feature.
Basically you trim away the first two hours and that leaves just the last hour. This method is accurate to 15 frames, so you can make the cut almost exactly where you want it.
