Hello, I just bought an HP dvd-rw drive and i am copying dumb and dumber. i followed the decryptor and i am ready to burn it onto the dvd disc but the button that will let me copy isn't highlighted. i am so close!!! how do i fix the problem? i selected the iso but it won't copy to disc yet! thanks!

Need more info there. What size is the iso ? Have you selected the writer ? Check out the guide at doom9.net otherwise.

Hello, The ISO is 4.16 GB, I selected my drive, I clicked the write button and it came up with an error that reads: I/O Error! Device: [1:1:0] HP DVD Writer 100j (F:)

ScsiStatus: 0x02
Interpretation: Check Condition
CDB: 2A 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 20 00
Interpretation: Write (10) - Sectors: 0-30
Sense Area: 70 00 05 00 00 00 00 0C 00 00 00 00 30 10
Interpretation: Medium Not Formatted

HELP PLEASE!!! Why does this have to be so difficult??? Thanks for helping so far kolonel! I'm almost there!

I had the same problem. Once you have compiled your movie into an .iso file, did you delete the video_ts and audio_ts folders? If you did, that's your problem. I know this sounds strange, but I am thinking that the iso file needs a reference. Don't laugh but I had to un-delete those folders and my problem was solved. Even after I compiled the iso file it still needed a reference. Hope this helps.
