They are contained in a file in the config subdirectory of your eMule folder, i.e. C:\Program Files\eMule\config\AC_SearchStrings.dat. Delete that AC_SearchStrings.dat to erase your search history. Let us know how you get on! :)

To delete search history in e-mule:

1. Make sure you have e-mule disconnected and closed;
2. Go to the emule/config/AC_SearchStrings.dat and open this file, using the notepad editor;
3. Delete all the entries or some of them;
4. Go to FILE and chose SAVE;
5. Close de notepad editor;
6. Open the e-mule software. The deleted items aren't there anymore.

bye

Well done sapo, you have resolved the program!

I wonder what fredlin was trying to hide ;)

Everyone is entitled to their own true opinion. Either respect that or don't.
