dvd back-up quality how to check it?

Is there a program out that is free that can check the quality of the back up DVD's that I have made?

I havent heard of any software on the internet that does that. But on some home DVD players ive seen you can select in display to show how many megs/sec are being pushed out by the DVD. And those "Superbit" movies are movies that are put out to be the highest quality because at every point in the movie its supposed to be over 8.0megs/sec or so being put out.

Hi,

DVD Info Pro will do a basic scan for read errors and Nero CD/DVD Speed has a Scan Disc option.

If you happen to have a Lite On burner you can use K-Probe to do an in-depth scan of the disc for quality.
