If you actually "dragged and dropped Video_ts and Audio_ts" folders, then this implies you created you disk as a DVD-ROM or data disk. You need to create the disk as DVD-Video disk. In this case Nero creates the Video_TS and Audio_TS folders automatically, and all you do is drag the files into the corresponding folder.
The distinction is importand because the files on a DVD-Video need to be in a specific sequence (IFO,VOB,BUP) for most stand-alones to recognize the disk.
In actuality it's fine to drag and drop the VIDEO_TS and burn as data, that folder will contain all the VOB, BUP and IFO files. That's how it's done with the Nero 5.5, RecordNow and other burning apps. Nero 6 just makes it a little "easier".
