First thing, edit your post and remove your Nero S/N.

You really need to update your Nero.
Current version: 6.3.1.17

http://www.nero.com/us/nero-up.php

Princo discs are probably the cause of your problems. I can see the burn failed just a few seconds after it started.

Welcome to AD :)

Three suggestions:

1) Your ASUS (OEM Pioneer 107 apparently) is running a very old firmware, 1.05, with the latest being 1.15. Updating your firmware may help since newer firmwares typically improve media compatibility and overall performance. Here's a link:

http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?category=4&manufactor=6

Be sure to install the firmware for your exact model drive or you can kill it. If you've never flashed a drive before I'd recommend checking out the forums at the link I gave you before you attempt it. It's a very simple thing to do but it needs to be done right.

2) It may help to update Nero to the latest version.

3) I'd highly recommend using better media. Princo isn't exactly known for great results and causes many people a lot of headaches. Switching to quality media such as Ritek G04/05, Verbatim Metal AZO, Maxell or Taiyo Yuden will almost surely get you better results. Quality media is the foundation of consistent burning success.

Forgot to mention,

See the string of numbers at the top of your log? Use the edit function to remove them. That's your serial # for Nero and others can steal it.
