Guys i just rip some of my vcd into wave so that i can burn it on a cd for car listening...i was just wondering is this the best quality already 14Kbps....44kHz???
Or is there anyway to improve the sound????

I believe VCD audio is in MP2, a compressed audio format.
What you hear is what you get! There is no way to 'improve' the sound.
