how do i back up terminator 2 ultimate edition

i have been trying to back up my copy of
terminator 2 ultimate edition with
dvd x copy platinum 4.03 and dvd cloner 2.2
but nothing works...
help

More details, please. Does it rip but not burn? Do you get an error message in one of the programs you've tried? If so, at what point -- while ripping? while burning? Have you tried other programs, e.g. Shrink or Decrypter, and if so, did you get error messages with them too? You haven't given us enough info to help you.

Give DVD Shrink & DVD Decrypter a try both are free and if you set DVD Shrink to back up the dvd as a iso
(Full disk)then use DVD Decrypter to burn it should
work.
