I wanna see if any of my DVD players will except the DVDmini that Nero can make, but I Need 2 create it inna Vob File before Nero will let me do it, I have a 1:37 min long Movie I wanna try backing up this way(i'mma tes with just a 6 min video tho at the same settings i'll use for the whole movie), i plan 2 use 3 CDs if this works, I don't mind disc swapping till I get a Real DVD burner(do Disc swapping already with VCDs anyway), my Hope here mostly is 2 get them 2 work on my PS2, so i can take them 2 friends houses an such, I also have the newest PS2 that Supports burned DVD media(if that matters), DVD-R/RW and DVD+R/RW, i have already confirmed that all my DVD players can read the Media I'm using Memorex 700MB CD-RW. k so I'm looking for a Program that will convert MPEG-2 into VOB without changing Bitrate settings on Audio or Video

also when I calculate the Bitrates, should i say the Cd is 700MB, or 797MB, cause VCD uses 797 per disc, an that can add that extra bitrate amount 2 my video if i can use that?
Ok after some lookin, I used IFOEdit v0.96 2 create my VOB Files, also Calculated Bitrates 2 a 700MB CD cuz I read that's what the size is(not 797MB like VCD), som1 correct me if wrong, anyway got all that done, now I can't use Nero 2 Burn it? I added all the files that IFOEdit created, then go 2 the next screen, but it won't light up the burn button? what the hell, i gotta blank CD-Rw in their, just blanked it like 5 mins ago, full erase, non of that quick erase bullshit, but how come it won't lemmie burn it, somthin I miss? btw these Discs are 12x max, my burner says it can do 24x, but it don't do 12x, so it does 10, my other burner also says 24x an it will do 12x, loud ass bitch though that 1
