I've been burning DVD's for a long time using my PIoneer 106D using DVD shrink and Nero 6 with no problems at all. Now it burns to the very end and during the lead out phase the burn process fails because "unable to recover toc, could not perform end of disk at once" The only upgrade I have made to my computer is add a second hard drive and reinstall Windows from scratch. The DVD drive shows no conflicts in Device Manager and I tried the latest firmware, and different media. I also tried different burning software, and even swapping drive to primary. I also tried to write as multi session and no success. I also have a log if anyone would find that useful.

If anyone may have a solution or any ideas, please help!

I am running Windows XP Home edition
Dell 4550 2.0MHZ P4
