Hi all
I've only got a 40 gig 5400 rpm hd that came w/ my pc. I have used up most of this space and would like to add another hd (maybe a 40 gig 7200 rpm). I do a lot of dvd rip/burns and would like some more head room. I'm not too puter savey. Is this hard to do and will I have to reformat?

You just need to simply put in your second hard drive, set it as slave with the jumper, and partition it. Windows will then recognize it. You may want to buy a 80 or 120gb one as they are really cheap nowadays, i will tell you where to get one if you need one cheap.

I built my current PC almost entirely through newegg as well as the boatload of accessories I've aquired and nary a problem with them.
I had a bad vid card once and the RMA process was as simple and easy as could be. I had my replacement installed in just over a week from when I pulled it.
My killer sig came courtesy of bb "El Jefe" mayo.
