According to NPD data, U.S. watch sales plummeted in June, as smartwatches finally took a little bite of the industry. Retailers sold $375 million in watches during the month, a huge 11 percent drop year-over-year, the largest such decline since 2008. I had a Apple Watch for 4-5 days and received it as a gift to along with my iPhone 6+. I don't like wearing watches and really found no use for this since I hate wearing anything on my hands or wrist (i.e. watches, rings, etc.).

I just sold my Apple Watch and plan to use the money for something else.

The idea of Apple Watch is good if you like to wear watches and feel comfortable, but I haven't worn a watch since 1990's and just don't have a use for it.
