Could someone please tell me how to burn dicsc into NSTC

NTSC is a video standard, and doesn't have anything specific to do with burning since PAL or NTSC are both burned the same way. Are you wanting to convert PAL to NTSC? If so, a quick search should get you several relevant threads with multiple methods. To summarize quickly, there are several methods you could try, depending on what programs you have or are willing to buy, and most of them don't do the conversion correctly. If the original source was on film, you can get a very good conversion by using AviSynth to change the framerate and resolution before encoding, and an audio editor like Goldwave to change the speed of the audio to match.
