Video out of Sync with Sound after burning?

I origionally downloaded a complete movie that was 3 seperate mpeg files that were ripped from three seperate VCD's.
I then joined the mpeg files using Super Splitter and Joiner and so far so good.
But when I saved them to the HDD as Video_TS using Nero Vision Express (because it was 4.9gb) to then reduce in size with Shrink the audio had stepped out of time with video. This happened before reduction with Shrink.

Any help gratefully received?
