I got a new burner the other day and in it was the roxio software. I know this software sucks but i don't have enough money to buy nero right now. So my problem is burning. I have dvd-r's made by memorex and they were not cheap. I've been trying to copy hellboy. I don't care about extras so i choose reauthor and just select main title. Ok so i save it to my hard drive. Using roxio i select the three 1 gb files to burn but each time before burning i get a message telling me about how ac3 audio format is an unusual format and cannot hear the audio when i preview my disk. are my shrink settings messed up or what? any info is greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by SELECT THAT AS THE TARGET DEVICE? I have the same problem with Hellboy, I am not getting a message, but the audio does not back up to my hard drive. The same problem for 13 Going On 30.
when you click backup, you have an option of selecting the target device. it think it acually says something like iso image or something. Did you deselect any audio boy1b?
when i used DVD Shrink to shrink hellboy i used the reauthor tool so i would just get the main title file. I don't know if that has anything to do with that.
