Large oversize in DVD Rebuilder with CCE

I have tried using DVD rebuilder 0.56 on the X-Files Season 1 with CCE SP 2.67 and the resulting movie is coming out at around 5.8GB from a starting size of 7.2GB. Could this be to the calcluator not working very well with 4 "main movies" to a disc?

Another point is I am not sure if it is doing the correct number of passes as the CCE window when it pops up says pass 1/1.

Any ideas?

There seem to be some problems using the latest CCE SP with DVD-RB. Apparently some of the command line options have been changed, which jdobbs was just made aware of yesterday. I'd say your choices are either to wait for an update to DVD-RB to resolve this or to use an older version of CCE.

Thanks for the quick reply on that I'll have a go with another one.

Another question, the reason I am using DVD-RB is that I tried the big3 and when using DIF4U it had a problem with the Demux.
DVD Decryper (latest version) opened up nicely and demuxed the first PGC, but then it failed to do all the rest. DVD Decrypter just opened up and closed down quickly again.

I've never seen that problem with DVD-RB, and since it doesn't use DVD Decrypter to Demux (it uses a version of DVD2AVI's code) it shouldn't be an issue.

Sorry if that wasn't very clear, its a differnt problem when using DoItFast4U, which uses a mounted image and then Demux the video/audio, before opening reauthorist.

Thanks for the help with DVD-RB, 20% through an encode now and it's looking a much more sensible size and definitely doing the right number of passes.
