I need a good software program that I am able to cut pieces of .vob files and turn them into new .vob files. What should I use?

Yeah. If there is a program that would cut vob files into smaller pieces without them losing their compatibility it would be great.

Here's an idea:

Use SmartRipper to rip the chapters you want to seperate .vob files.

Name them such as vts_01_001.vob etc.

You can use IfoEdit to make new IFO files, combine into a vobset for burning.
