I don't mean to sound stupid or anything, but this is indeed only for xbox right? and not xbox 360's?

tseman quote:::::::::::::::
hello i just read your thread and i have a xbox soft mod
and i want to make back up games can you explain how.

you don't need to have FTP or flashxp some stuff of software like this this....all you need is craxtion 4 (note: this is for ORIGINAL XBOX ONLY)

to set up check for your xbox IP: 192.0168.100.1 and then your computer ip must be 192.168.100.2 some time it's is :
ip: : 192.168.1.200
Subne mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway : 192.168.0.1
and your computer set up mus be:(remember use static iP address you can set up it in INTERNET PROTOCOL(TCP/IP) by right lick on your internet connect port and lick on internet protocol,,i advice you to buy another ethernet adapter if you have only i ethernet port with this you don't have to waste time to set it back for internet connection..
ip: : 192.168.1.201
Subne mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway : 192.168.0.1

( when you use craxtion 4 to connect to your xbox you must type 192.168.100.1 or 192.168.200 exacted as your ip of you xbox) if it does not connect you must type DNS (domain network server) same with your xbox in the most case it's is::
Prefered DNS server: 192.168.0.1
Alernate DNS server: 192.168.0.7

YOU must use CROSSOVER CABLE (CAT5) not straight throught..

CRAXTION 4: run this program first before you turn on you xbox,,if your xbox turn on before you run this program it's won't pick up you xbox ..you can try download it as www.craxtion.com if you could not find it let me known...

regard all of FTP software this craxtion 4 will do all job for you...

i thinks this topic already post very longggggggggg time ago...

continue::::::
after you extract the image (iso file) from you xbox to your computer,, you can use Nero burning room to burn it:

NERO BURNING ROOM________>>>DVD-ROM(UDF/ISO) (leave everything standard except for UDF click on ENABLE XBOX(TM) COMPATIBLITY MODE--------------------->.>>>TRY TO BURN AT LOWER SPEED i have been test it as 8x speed for very long time ,,i thinks you won't have nay problem at 8x.........

try with different games as the iso image of the game u r tryin to burn may be damaged also make sure u burn at slowest speed and use DVD-R!!!!! many xbox only read DVD-R so if ur using a DVD+R it might not work.

no. you're not. get DVD-R, that's what's going to work for you, DVD+R only works on some xbox drives.

just burn the iso it came with, but don't post that again, piracy is against forum rules.

that is weird, but i think you just found the problem. install evox on your xbox, and i'm sure it will work.
