CRT's operate on various levels but what you are concerned with is the input signal.
Input signal for most CRT's are analogue, the card you linked to has digital and analogue outputs so therefore it should work fine, operating on the analogue 15 pin connector...............
Should you wish to upgrade the CRT to a nice Digital TFT in the future, then the graphics card will work fine also..................using the DVI connecter instead........
