were there are xx xx u need to make sure the numbers and letters u put are different on each disc, the last 6 digits are ok bein the same as long as the first 4 are different.
u can try a program called windip to patch the dnas i use it for all of mine.

here is an update for toca hoe works..
1. first you burn two copies one patched and one unpatched
2 start the game with the patched one and use special boot
3. when you are coming to the screen with your account name ore new account change to the unpatched disc.
4. then press to log in. when you press x change again over to the patched cd..
I use the old machine and swap magic and this works fine for me

I just wanted to say TOCA 3 works great, now that someone actually mentioned u need start off with the patched copy.

I have the ps2slim with magic keys 2 + swap magic 3.6
When i come to the gamespy login screen in the toca 3 (with special boot) i try to switch the disc one but it does not stop turning... What can I do so that the disc stops turning and this way putting the other disc?

You need to do the swap when the disk is spinning i'm afraid, thats the only way that i know of to get it to work.
It a lot of bother for one game i know, but its a one off. As once your online you stay online without needing to swap the disks again, only when you switch your ps2 off you need to do the process again.
I must admit its worth it in the end as its a great game and even worth paying the money for.

@killo98, I don't have TOCA3 but here is my knowledge about taking off a spinning disc. Hold down the central spindle (where the disc fits on the PS2) w/one finger to slow down the disc. QUICKLY take it off, and the eye should start trying to find the disc. The eye will start moving up & down...quickly put on the other disc. If you watch the motor, you can see when it starts to spin faster or slower. Try putting the disc on just as its about to slow down. Push on the central spindle to set it in place, and that should be good. btw, don't do this while drunk or on drugs.kThanksbye.

I bought my ps2 two weeks ago and toca 3 is my prefer car game but I believe that this kind of switch is too dangerous for my new machine.

Note: I recently replaced my old fat PS2 (chipped with a Ripper 2) with a silver slim modded with a Muppet chip, and I can no longer use the Disc ID Utility, CD and DVD versions. Just thought I'd mention it for other people havin troubles with it.
Note 2: If I hooked up a PS2 emu on the PC, could I use the Disc ID Util.? Or can you only boot games from the HD?

OK.
Burned first time using Alcohol 120% to rip and burn, patched with Universal DNA$ xx xx 01 40 C4. No success, wouldn't even boot. Might've been a bad rip/burn, not sure, so this time I used....
....DVD Decryptor to rip and burn, patched with other Universal DNA$ xx xx 00 40 B4. Booted up fine, but wouldn't get past DNA$ check.
Tried DVD Decryptor again to rip/burn but used Universal DNA$ xx xx 01 40 C4 again, since now I can boot the game. No luck, it booted but wouldn't get past DNA$ check.
There's also no login when you choose to play online (which I thought was weird.....what would your user name be?), so I couldn't try the swap method like we're doing with Toca 3.
Once we get the ID from an original disc we should know we're at, so if anyone can obtain it, make sure you post it here ;).
I have one more thing to try, and that's creating a user name etc in offline mode, so maybe when you go to play online there will be a log in screen and the Toca 3 swap method can be tried. Then again, maybe the log in stuff comes up after you go through the DNA$ check......*thought*.....haha, just realised I have the original here, I should try getting online with that to see A) If it will go online with the chip enabled and B) To see if you create a user name/profile after the DNA$ check.
It's 10:30pm here and I'm off to the club, when I'm home again I'll check out the deal with the original, hopefully someone will have made some progress by the time I get back though (should be daytime in the US by then).

thanks for the id ;) , but unfortunately it isn't working. This is the second id i tried with call of duty 2...mmh...strange...there is alway the error , that the networkcable is not connected....but of course it is...i had the same problem with everybody's golf...it couldn't connect "because of the cable", only after a new id i was able to connect.
is the id working at your game? i've already patched about 10 games, and every game is working perfectly...
do i have to do another thing, beside changing the id? ... i ripped it with alcohol, patched it with winDip and burned it with alcohol...thank you all very much...the forum is really great ;)

That sounds strange, i've never had that problem with the cable before.
The id i put up was a code that a friend of mine sent me, which worked for him but i havnt tried it for myself yet as i got the SLUS version which doesnt work in the UK only the US. As far as i know he did the same as you did.
I'm sure others would be happy to help you with your problem as i'm not too familiar with it.

Had a good look around on the net for ya, but nothing at all accept the SLUS version DNAS.
Seems no1 has got it yet, even though it was released late february.

thanks very much for your effort jjc....i'd also looked some days ago for the sles dnas id of the game...but same as you i didn't found any results....i think i have to wait until s.o. puts the PAL id in the internet....btw: is it possible to get the id of a original game with a SLIM Ps2?

yes its possible, i find the best way is to make an image of the game either with DVD Decrypter or alcahol 120%, or sumthin similar, then use a program called windip, open windip and find the image u made scan it and then verify it, then it should giv u ur dnas.
also has any1 got dnas for PAL fight night round 3

Yeah thats how i do it now, i some times use the disc utility on the bulky ps2 to get the id code. I have never played on a slimline before so i wouldnt know a great deal about them. accept they play ps2 games lol.

I want to load TOCA3 and play online.... but I only have a previous version of SM and Breaker Pro.
I want to know if it's possible to do this and play TOCA:
1) Load BP + update TOC
2) load SM3.6 backup
3) load backup game
I did a copy of SM3.6 but it doesn't work (Error on disk!).

zyarkz, it doesn!t matter how you want to launch your backup,you will play off line but not online ,thios game is good protected,but if tou swap patched /unpatched it work.look preview post.

commandos strike force for ps2 isnt out yet in uk till march 17th
I dont know about the slus NTSC versions if they work online in uk but i doubt it.
So you'll prob have to wait until the release date until someone puts the code up.
