He says on his site that he had problems, but everything will be dispatched tomorrow, but his friend (Lyle Chav) is still posting fake feedback.

if i were all of u i would contact this guy
stating when u paid for the disk or other product
how u paid for it ie cheque paypal etc etc
and tell him your address
because he has probably misplaced yours aswell

he said to me he sent mine on saturday, he has sent out hd advance insted of hd loader :/ i have all his details inc his msn addy (he added me to his list) see a couple of threats + MASS SPAM all day all nite does get u far in life ;)

Hey all this is Sean Managing Director from www.ps2upgrade.com
I know it's all gone a bit hectic over the past 2 weeks, but our stock supplier, has had problems and so have we. There for no stock has been able to pass through.
Thankfully on Saturday - 11am we had a delivery and all stock was packaged and sent off on 14/09/04.
You should all have your gear by Thursday/Fri Latest.
I guarantee i am no Fraud and have dealt with many satisfied customers before, this is one major cock-up though I admit and am trying my hardest to settle things out straight, it is a little hard though when 20+ Customers are complaining at once and you have other matters too.
Its done and dusted now, so can you please all post here when you get your product.

instead of telling us they had been sent out on different occasions
this is why we all thought that you were a fraud

i agree, sean brought all this mess on himself by telling everyone porky's.
all we all needed was an explaination, assurance that we would receive as soon as the stock was available, maybe even stating on the website before we purchased that item was out of stock, and would take some time, but he did none of this.
i'm sure most of us would have purchased elsewhere, if website had stated out of stock.
let's hope we get them today, and put this mess behind us.
at least we all learned a valuable lesson about web shopping:
only order from websites that have contact addresses & tel no. - it's not worth the risk.
if using paypal, use your credit card not debit card. - credit card company's should cover you from internet fraud.
also it's worth paying the extra 10% to purchase from a reputable company.

like i said earlier u should have just explained your situation. i would have been fine with waiting if i was aware of the circumstances.
a word of advice. be honest with your customers in the future, it saves us and it saves u a lot of hassle. i would probably use you in the future, but i would prefer to be told exactly what was going on.
