ok i finally got the point of it but now u no in the directions c) Once it's done transcoding, your video is ready for the iPod. The finished file will be located in the `Output Videos to:` folder specified in the Setup seciton. Now all you have to do is open iTunes & import as normal. :)
on the out put part i changed it to my itunes then i went to itunes and pressed update and it said"some of the songs in the itunes music libray including Mc Hammer-You cant touch this(music video).mpg were not copied into stevens ipod because they can not be played on this ipod
Had you deleted the old version of it? I personally have my output folder set to my Desktop and then I drag the files into iTunes, with iTunes set to consolidate my library so the file gets automatically added to my iTunes folder. Then I just delete the file from my desktop. Just to check you do have a video iPod right?
Steve9, Any video that is properly converted can be put on your iPod, so just make sure you're doing it within the parameters that are playable on the iPod and it will work fine.
Jaimittal, your problem isn't exactly the same. What do you mean you can't edit the songs. Can you not change what songs are on your iPod or can you not change their names?
noi just dont no how to do it like i dont understand this part
a) Click `Convert` then `Transcode New Video`. Then locate the file that you ripped using the Decrypter and click `Open` (or locate the video file on your computer you already have)
b) Once the video has loaded up, you can rename it if you wish in the box next to `Title`. When you are done, just lick `Start`.
c) Once it's done transcoding, your video is ready for the iPod. The finished file will be located in the `Output Videos to:` folder specified in the Setup seciton. Now all you have to do is open iTunes & import as normal.
Well you click transcode new video, and then it will open up a screen prompting you to find the video you want to transcode to be compatibile with the iPod. If that video is currently in iTunes just right click it and go to 'Get Info' in the first tab on the bottom it will say 'Where' and you can find the location of the video from there.
The title part is pretty self explanatory.
And then you click 'Start' It will now go through the transcoding process, you should see numbers in boxes changing, and the status bar going across, although it is found by many to not be an accurate representation of how much of the video is actually finished. Sometimes it goes right to 99%.
If you just don't see these things on your screen, you probably havn't clicked the 'Convert' tab on the left of Videora when you first open the program. I believe it by default opens to the 'About' tab.
Hi I have a similar problem with my ipod. I was able to view videos on my ipod, and now those same vidoes are not available. When i go into preferences, the option to save video to ipod is greyed out, and it will not allow me to change option back to save videos.
Any suggestions? I have already reinstalled itunes, and am running the current programs.
