... and just because I made one mistake you're criticising me??? You think people who generally know what they're doing can't make mistakes once in a while?.... I know you know what you're doing pretty well, but I'm just trying to help this guy out here.. I'm not an expert by any means, but I do help people when I can!!

there is no hostility here, i posted that games that are played off disk should not be rebuilt unless your using Swap Magic and it will not boot any other way. in doing so you move the data closer in on the disk and it's slower to be read by the console. you came back on that as 'i hope your not talking to me, i know what I'm doing' so i simply pointed out that you yourself had admitted you erred here and that the information i posted is not something thrown out there to belittle anyone but to help everyone, yourself included.

I'm sure everyone on this site can teach something to every other person on here. the way you replied defiantly gives off the impression your thinking is that you 'know what I'm doing' and can't learn anything from anyone here because your knowledge and experience have far exceeded ours. your intimidated by anyone you perceive as trying to teach you anything so you lashed out and now you perceive it as an attack on you which it is not. this thread started out with someone throwing out information that simply wasn't truthful in the least and then you as well made a comment that wasn't so, i was simply trying to keep the original poster on track so he/she doesn't waste any more disks on this game then necessary.

No worries.. I'm by no means saying that i'm better than anyone.. and if I needed help I would appreciate it a lot!! I very rarely make any mistakes/waste discs when backing up.. I just made a stupid mistake and trusted false info, then compounded it I guess by stating that "you need to rebuild with cd/dvd gen"... everyone makes mistakes. I am no expert and have never claimed to be.. I'm sorry if you thought I was saying I'm better than you or anything.. anyway, lets forget it ok.
