Ok... your attempt to explain how you can love this system and hate it at the same time is truly horrible.
And...
At the E3 conference, Sony themself said they are not into gimmics, yet they made Gran Turismo HD or w/e that racing game was have the ability to use a PSP as a side mirror... doesn't that sound like a gimmic, and doesn't it sound retarted how Sony said they did not support and do are not into gimmics, yet they do this?
And honestly... do you honestly think the PS3 sales are going to be high? And do you think the Cell will be 100% problem safe? I mean... PS3 is STILL in developement... and if you disagree with me, post a link where it states that the PS3 is done developing.
600 USD... 600!! You might be saying, "Ohh 600 isn't a lot!!!", but I have talked to a lot of peopel who where looking towards buying the PS3 and I asked them a simple question, "When you get to the store and get your credit card or 6 bills out, are you going to pay, or are you goign to have second thoughts about buying this system when seeing the 360 (which has identical graphics and some better specs) for 399USD, or the Wii which will likely be 200-250USD?" And guess what? They actually said they would have second thoughts.
You say I bash? I am simply stating the facts, and I know, that before the PS3 released its price, people were going to camp outside stores and buy this system, but when they annoucne the price at 600USD, A LOT of people decided not to get this system. It's a fact, face it.
I would rather get a so-so computer or a deacent computer with 600USD than fork out 600 for a gaming system trying to be a computer. Go on google and search for Sony saying the PS3 will sort of be a computer/gaming system. But from all the shit in the cofnerences and stuff, I have to say that Sony is trying to make the PS3 become a computer.
And honestly... tell me...do you think that the PS3 will have more sales than the Wii?? I say, no. WHy? Becuase the Wii is 100% or nearly 100% a gaming console, and a lot cheaper. If people wanted to buy a PS3 at first, then they will probably go for the X360 since the graphics are basically identical and are not forcing you to fork out extra money just for a stupid Blu-Ray drive that everybody doesn't need, and they don't want.
If I went to EB games and saw the 360 and PS3 side-by-side, with the price tag on them. I would go for the 360 since its cheaper...and basically the same... and becuase I respect MS more than Sony with all their lies, which may be biased, but look at the PS3... Sony posted OFFICAL pictures of the back of the PS3 which has like 10 plugs and they also said that it will support 1080p (I think it was that), but look what happened, the back of the PS3 NOW has like 4 plugs, and does not support 1080p. Look at the PS2... they said that the PS2 could have graphics or render "REAL-TIME" graphics Toy Story 2... look what happened.
So before you try to accuse me of being a fanboy and bashing you fanboy favoured system.... look at the facts and look at yourself... you sound like a fanboy yourself, because you said the Wii was lame or w/e, buyt can't back it up. All I said was that 3 games + online (which uses the new controller from the Wii) will be gold does NOT make me a fanboy... it simply means I am sharing my opinions. I am stating facts, that have been posted on the internet as official news.
And I am telling you honestly... I am going to buy the 360 first.... and possibly the Wii 1-2 years after release.

everytime i look at a wee-wee videos looks worst and worst and its just a gimmick console in my book .not next gen. at all.
and there for a xbox with a gimmick controler is not worth 250$.

yea i like how my 360 looks (unfortunantly gotta put it on the floor due to heat problems) and the ps3 cause it will really fill the space and look powerful to casual gamers but the wii looks small and insugnificant and can't fill my entertainment center.
