Hey Shauntay, I'm having a problem. I'm trying to burn NBA STREET VOLUME 3. I use DVD Decryter to do so. I read the orginal disk, then but in my blank disc to write the files. When it was done, I put it in my moded ps2 and it stops working at the loading screen. Do you or anyone else know what the problem might be? Thx.

ps2's will read dual layer discs its ur boot method that might not, eg swap magic wont boot dual layer most modchips will tho so it depends on how u boot ur backups, if ur usin swap magic then u will need to rebuild the game to make it fit on one disc

i'm not sure about swap magic, all I noe is that i have a mod chip in my ps2 that can read CDs and DVDs. How would i rebuild the game so that it fits onto one disk wihout messing up the iso itself?

if u have a modchip try an find out what one it is, try askin who u bought it off etc, as sum modchips will play d/l.
if ya wanna rebuild there is 2 ways there is a sticky at the top explainin one way, or ya can use the gnie tool, the latest version supports dual layer games

hey, you know how when your done downloading a game and it comes with like 50 files for example abcd.001, abcd.002 abcd.003 and so on and its suggested that u open the first file and burn it but what if you burned the first file and it doesn't work on ur ps2 would it be possible to burn the another file instead of the first one for example abcd.043?

Er no, you open the first file with WinRAR (it may not be associated with WinRAR - in that case just open WinRAR, go to open file, and select the first file, it'll be abcd.001 in this case). After you've done that, extract what's inside to somewhere, THEN burn that extracted file (should be an image file) using DVD Decrypter.
The .001, .002 etc are actually rar files split over 50 of them, so you need WinRAR to extract everything (just extract the first file and it'll do the rest for you) before you burn it. I'm guessing you probably burnt abcd.001 to DVD?

Like I said, you need to extract those files with WinRAR first, so give that a try and see if it works
