This thread seems to be getting a little off topic, so let me try and reign it back in again.

It's now Thursday, January 4th---no less than three days after the supposed "wii backup hack" was supposed to be released. Has anyone heard anything about it?

If not, does anyone have any updates on other hacking projects? It seems that these guys got something working.

@akuma47: hi, actually i'm not that upset. but we have so many really cool guys here trying to help us people to understand how the copy protections actually work. they spend so much time and then there are people who just tell some crap they heard somewhere (i mean people like "tabletpc").
