So I want to download 3.40 from this site ^^^
Then save it to my desktop then connect my psp via USB.
Then run the 3.40 and that?s it, everything happens on its own??

That looks right..otherwise you can use the easy installer found HERE... Just run the program from your computer-it will require you to have your psp hooked up via usb and it installs the files to your memory stick, and then you just run the file from the game menu in your psp...

Yeah, I saw that...but you need to run that 3.40OE-easy program from your computer, not your psp's memory stick..
You'll need to have your psp hooked up to the computer, and on USB mode for it to work...

Any UMD Game will do, doesn't matter which, i use the demo disk that originally came with the PSP :)
BTW, just to point out, it's a memory stick pro duo, not an SD card.
PSP, all the way from 1.00 to 5.50 GEN D2 - DS Lite w/ M3DS Real (M3 Sakura v1.34)
PS3 3.01 - iPod Touch 2G 16GB Jailbroken - Xbox 360 60GB - PC, Q6600, 3GB DDR2, GTX260 (216) 896MB

use the "format memory stick" option in the system settings menu of your psp...The folders will be created for you.

I can try to do that but right after I upgraded to 3.40 I formatted my mem. Stick then I copied all of the file on my psp to my computer as a back up...
If I created an iso folder would everything still work the same?

Well if you backed up your files to your computer, you can format it..It creates the correct folder directory when you do format, so you have the GAME340 and GAME150 and the VIDEO folders...But either way I guess will work, its just easier that having to create all those folders manually..
