Just get an Antec, those are good and you'll be sure that you don't break any components. They are expensive but you'll be returning it anyways. For example, Staples has a 350W Antec PSU for $50.

I went to best buy today and bought a 430 watt antec for 77$ (wow O.O) and thanks to you guys, I have fixed the problem. It was the psu that was causing the problem! Thanks guys! I'm planning on returning this and purchasing this

Yea, the one from newegg is a good PSU, just make sure that its enough power and you also account for capacitor aging and wear and tear over time. Use this calculator to calculate how much power your computer needs and its best to go with 100w more than what your computer needs for when the PSU ages.

Electrolytic capacitor aging. When used heavily or over an extended period of time (1+ years) a PSU will slowly lose some of its initial wattage capacity. We recommend you add 20% if you plan to keep your PSU for more than 1 year, or 25-30% for 24/7 usage and 1+ years.
And the PSU from Best Buy was expencive!

Not really that surprising that it was the PSU at fault.
